The Navarino Network (NN) is a public policy lab that aims at promoting innovative solutions for the city of Thessaloniki and its wider region. The NN organizes regular public meetings on crucial policy topics of wider interests. Since its founding in 2009, it has hosted more than 100 such events. In addition, the NN organizes conferences, an annual International Symposium in World Affairs and the Olympia Summer Academy in Politics and International Studies. The NN sponsors research and has published two volumes: one on migration and the other on the centenary of Thessaloniki’s incorporation into Greece. It has collaborated with Greek and foreign institutions such as the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the Leventis Foundation, the Alpha Bank, the National Bank of Greece etc. One of NN’s main goals has been the promotion of extroversion and the enhancement of cooperation with neighbouring countries.
